- Q: Why won't my application save the player names when I install
the update from Version 1.0 to Version 1.1
A: Version 1.1 created all new data structures. Some users, who have updated from Version 1.0 to 1.1, are reporting the data storage issue. The easiest way to resolve this is to delete the app from your iPhone and then install the new version. Once you have deleted the app from your phone you can install the update when you connect your phone to your computer and then mark the app to be installed via iTunes.
- Q: Do I need to be a coach to use this application?
A: No, this app is easy to use and can be used by coaches and parents to keep track of score and player times.
- Q: Why should I keep track of playing time?
A: At younger ages, players should be given ample playing time (sometimes equal) so that they have every opportunity to develop. At older ages, knowing playing time is critical to make sure players get the opportunity to rest or to ensure certain player goals are being met. Some players may be recovering from injury and their playing time should be watched closely.
